King’s Leigh is a great option for first home buyers keen to break into the property market and secure a home close to where they grew up and would now like to settle.
But first home buyers Scott and Emily recently managed to do just that. “We were so excited to purchase our first home in Dacland’s King’s Leigh community in Werribee as we both grew up nearby so we feel at home here already,” said Scott.
They are not the first young couple to turn their dream into a reality at King’s Leigh, with more than half of the 250 or so homebuyers coming from within a 7 km radius of the new community.
The land is affordable and the excellent location is surrounded by established amenities in the heart of Melbourne’s West. “King’s Leigh ticked all the boxes for us – it’s central to everything and our local town centre is just down the road. Plus we know the area will soon welcome even more shops, parks and facilities as more new communities establish over the next few years,” Scott said.
As a nurse, Emily says that the proximity of Kings Leigh just a few minutes to the Princes Freeway is an absolute luxury as she will be able to commute to work at The Royal Children’s Hospital in under 30 minutes. “Easy access to work was really important when choosing the right home. At King’s Leigh the commute will be so easy with the freeway so close by,” Emily said.
The happy couple say they are looking forward to moving into their brand new home and can’t wait for a fresh start in the suburb they’ve always called home.
